What the form collects

The form collects your chosen role, name, email address, current city, total and relevant years of experience, notice period or availability, expected annual salary (CTC) in INR, experience summary and consent. You may optionally provide a phone number and shareable portfolio, profile or CV links.

The application also records a reference number, submission time and whether the record is a synthetic owner test. A request token and basic abuse-prevention checks help avoid duplicate and automated submissions. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate the service.

How your details are used

Your details are used to review your application and contact you about recruitment. They are held in an access-controlled recruitment database and are not published on the jobs pages. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or guarantee an interview or offer.

Clearly labelled testing

While public applications are closed, an authorised site owner may use a separately enabled, clearly labelled synthetic test form. That form is for fictional details only, requires a TEST-prefixed name and an @example.invalid email address, and does not accept a phone number or profile or CV links. Its confirmation identifies a synthetic test record, not a candidate application. These test records are marked as tests in the restricted recruitment database. No email or notifications are sent by the test form.

Hosting and optional links

Cloudflare provides website hosting and database storage. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for its own practices. No application email delivery is promised by this form.

Optional links are reviewed as part of your application. Share only links that you have permission to share. Do not include passwords, access keys, secret tokens, proprietary code, identification documents, information about children, health details or unnecessary sensitive information. There is no file-upload field.

Retention, changes and removal

No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for recruitment applications. Contact support@yaaber.com to request a correction, withdraw your application or ask for removal. Include only the information needed to identify your application; identity verification may be needed before a request can be completed.

This notice concerns the application records. Hosting providers and separate support correspondence may have their own retention practices.
